As a company with multiple optical retail chains bought over the decades across the opco’s a lot of work was being done in parallel, best practices not being shared, mistakes being made in x-fold. Hence the business case was easy. Centralize knowledge, testing, best practice building, procurement on several things and we can increase growth and innovation.
